Dr. Despina Siolas
As a physician-scientist, I strive to pursue research questions with high translational potential. Too often, I see patients succumb to gastrointestinal cancers due to lack of effective therapeutic options. This clinical observation has motivated me to conduct research that lies at the intersection of cancer genetics and tumor immunology with the goal of developing new cancer treatment regimens.
